We ask you to use our extensive resources above to try to solve
your problem first. That's one way we keep our prices at such great value.
If you have a question that isn't answered there, we'll help you find
the answer free of charge if it's a problem or question about our service.
Your responsibilities as the customer
Look after the design and implementation of your web site and all
associated scripts and files.
Provide as much detail as possible when requesting help so that we can
best help you fast and efficiently.
Follow advice that we provide you with in order to resolve the issue.
We simply can't support third party software like web page building programs
and scripts; there are simply to many for us to experts on them all. Seek
the help you need from the help channels that are provided with the product.
Free email support request
Free support is available via email by emailing
. We will reply to you within 24 hours of your request. Please include
detailed information about the problem you have so that we can answer
your question quickly.
Phone
Phone support is available with a support credit. When you purchased a
White Dog hosting pack you received one telephone support credit. Additional
credits can be purchased (one credit $19.95, two credits $29.95, three
credits $39.95) to be used at any time. We save you money by not including
support charges that you'll probably never use!

Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm
Saturday 10am to 1pm (email only)
Sunday closed
